Had a lovely time staying at this premier inn, staff were really nice and helpful, and the restaurant next door was top tier. We stayed here to go to the kelpies and Falkirk wheel, amazing surroundings, will definitely be coming again.

Very handy location. We had a twin accessible room which was perfect. The main reason I wanted to leave a review was because all the staff in both the premier inn and the brewers fayre next door were so friendly and helpful.
I stayed here on the way up to Scotland a few weeks ago, and it was just as a premier inn should be. Clean rooms, with fresh towels, and made beds. The Brewer’s Fayre is also amazing, and all of their staff are polite and friendly. As usual, a great spread for a premier inn breakfast, which I always look forward to. Good location, not too noisy either.
I travel extensively for work and this is by far the best premier inn iv stayed at. Brilliant staff , great restaurant service with friendly staff, nice clean big room. Having stayed two nights previously at the Carlisle junction 44 premier inn were the service in the restaurant was terrible, this place should be used as a training hub to show how well run a premier inn should be. Well done to all the staff at Stirling premier inn your a credit to the company.
Have stayed at many different brand hotels like this, but not Premier Inn before. Only stayed one night to break up a long distance journey. The location was very convenient for this. Night receptionist was welcoming and efficient. Entirely happy with everything, especially the cleanliness. Had a peaceful night's sleep in a comfy bed then a great shower in the morning (lovely fluffy towels and excellent free toiletries). As I have balance problems I didn't trust the "nonslip" dots in the bath so I laid the mat down during the shower. I'm pretty sure I could have asked for a rubber mat but I managed ok. I will definitely book this brand again.
Spent 2 nights here and can say the staff were so friendly and welcoming,there was nothing to much trouble for them, the room was clean and comfy and had what we needed. There is a brewsters fare next door that does fantastic food,and kids eat free for breakfast, we booked here as was close to where we where going (blair drummond safari park). It's also very close to the town of sterling. We will definitely return again,
